Nestled on 2 acres under a canopy of matured trees in the Marsh Landing Country Club, lies a European inspired Estate on prime waterfront real estate in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Featuring a collaborative design of John Saladino and Frank Lloyd Wright, this home has a main house masterfully connected with verandahs to the 2 villas. The natural transition of wood and stone flow freely in and out of the home connecting with the natural elements of its surroundings. The gourmet kitchen opens to a living area which boasts high ceilings and folding panoramic doors overlooking an event lawn perfect for entertaining. Offering private views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the home includes a boat slip at the neighborhood marina with deep water access to the Atlantic Ocean.
